Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request
If you’ve received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the delivery date.
To submit your request, please provide your order details and contact number through the support option available on our website.
For damaged or missing items, please report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
Step 2: Review of Request
Our team will review and validate your request within 2 working days.
Step 3: Product Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
You do not need to self-ship the product unless specifically instructed by our support team.
Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action
After we receive your product, it undergoes a thorough quality check.
Based on the inspection, we will proceed with:
A replacement, or
A refund, depending on stock availability
Replacement & Exchange Process
After your return request is approved:
Pickup will be scheduled for the item
Once the item reaches us and passes quality inspection, a replacement will be initiated
If the original item is out of stock, you may choose:
A full refund, or
An exchange with a similar product (based on your preference)
Exchange Delivery Timeline
Replacements or exchanged products will be shipped within 2–4 business days after successful quality check.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns/Replacements Not Accepted If:
The product is used, opened, or altered
Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing
The return/replacement request is raised after 7 days
Damage or missing items are reported after 2 days
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer allowed.
Refund Process
For Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Partial Order Returns
